Refund Policy

At Ready Standard, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@readystandard.com. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your financial institution several business days to process the refund after it has been issued.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.
